These terms and conditions ("Terms") outline the agreement ("Agreement") between Ltd and the participating landlord ("You", "Your") in the "Switch to Us and Earn £1000 Deal" ("Deal"). By participating in this Deal, You acknowledge and agree to the following Terms and conditions:
1.1 The Deal is open to new landlords who are switching their property management services to Ltd.
1.2 You must own property/properties that meet the requirements outlined in these Terms. This is not eligible for rent to rent candidates.
Offer Amount:
2.1 You will be eligible to receive £1000 credit to your landlord account, which will be offset against your fees ("Offer") if You switch to our property management services and meet the criteria specified in these Terms.
2.2 The offer will be credited to your account once the property referred to Us is successfully let out to managed tenants. This offer is not eligible or unmanaged properties.
Property Rental Income Requirement: 3.1 The property referred to Us must have a monthly rental value of more than £850 per calendar month, £9540 per annum. The property must comply with the Repairing Standard.
Duration of Engagement & Standard fees: 
4.1 You must remain with RentLocally for a minimum of 12 consecutive months ("Engagement Period") from the date the property is let out.
4.2 You will be subject to our standard management fee for this duration.
Multiple Properties: 
5.1 You can be eligible for this offer for each eligible property that meets the criteria mentioned in these Terms.
Existing Tenants:
6.1 If you are bringing a property to us with an existing tenant we reserve the right to carry out our own reference checks and require sight of their rent book. We reserve the right to refuse a tenanted property if there are rent arrears on the account.
Deal Termination:
7.1 If You terminate this Agreement before the completion of the 12-month Engagement Period, You agree to repay the £1000 cashback offer to Ltd .
7.2 If You fail to repay the Reward amount, Ltd reserves the right to pursue the offer as a fee through legal means.
Deal Changes and Termination:
8.1 Ltd reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate the Deal at any time without prior notice.
Fraudulent Activities:
9.1 If any fraudulent activity or misrepresentation is detected in connection with this Deal, Ltd reserves the right to disqualify You from the Deal and take appropriate legal action.
Data and Privacy:
10.1 By participating in this Deal, You consent to the collection, processing, and storage of Your personal information for the purposes of administering the Deal and complying with legal requirements.
Governing Law:
11.1 This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Scotland.
Entire Agreement:
12.1 These Terms constitute the entire agreement between You and Ltd with respect to the Deal and supersede any prior agreements or understandings.
Current clients
13.1 If you already have services with then you are not eligible for this deal
13.2 This deal is specific to the Head office branch in Edinburgh and Bathgate. This deal does not stretch company-wide and Ltd reserves the right to reject offers for any office not involved in this deal.
