If your radiator is leaking this could become a serious issue if it's not dealt with promptly. 

Firstly put something down like towels to stop the water from flooding through the property. 

Often, a leak at the radiator valve coupling nut can often be fixed by tightening the coupling. (Only do this if you feel comfortable doing so)
